1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "je666", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the je666 platform operated at je666.io and its associated operating entity.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the je666 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the je666 website accessible at je666.io, including all subpages, features, betting markets, casino games, and mobile interfaces.
• "Account" — refers to the personal registered account created by a Player on the je666 Platform.
• "Funds" — refers to real-money balances held within a Player's Account, excluding bonus credits unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Credits" — refers to non-withdrawable promotional balances credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by je666 before processing withdrawals.
• "MFS" — refers to Mobile Financial Services providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, used for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST" — refers to UTC+6, the time zone applicable to all Platform operations and deadlines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the je666 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the je666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and je666 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that person or entity will be held jointly responsible for compliance.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the je666 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. je666 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all betting, casino, and gaming products.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any je666 employee involved in the operation of the Platform.
• You have not previously been excluded from the je666 Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.

Age Verification Process

je666 reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage to verify your age and identity. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. je666 may suspend your Account and withhold access to Funds pending satisfactory completion of age verification. Any Account found to be registered by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method following deduction of any bonuses received.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of the je666 Platform, you must register a personal Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold exactly one Account on je666. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended without notice, and any winnings accrued across those Accounts may be voided.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. je666 treats all activity conducted via valid credentials as authorised by the Account holder. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

Account Information Updates

You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. je666 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information, including delays in processing withdrawals caused by mismatched personal details.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

je666 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) Nexus, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and select Visa and Mastercard issued by Bangladeshi banks. All transactions must be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.2 Deposits

All deposit methods accepted on the Platform are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the Cashier section at the time of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within seconds for MFS providers. je666 does not charge any fees on deposits, although your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification. je666 targets processing of MFS withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval, though processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

je666 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. We reserve the right to request documentation of the source of funds deposited into any Account at any time. Accounts suspected of facilitating money laundering will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities. Funds associated with suspected money laundering activity will be withheld pending investigation.

5.5 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). je666 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign currency transactions submitted via international cards may be subject to conversion by your card issuer at their applicable exchange rate; je666 bears no responsibility for exchange rate losses.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on je666 are subject to the specific market rules published on the relevant event page at the time of bet placement. General betting rules applicable across all markets are set out below.

• Bets are accepted only from registered, verified, and logged-in Account holders.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player except where an explicit cash-out option is offered on that market.
• je666 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the outcome is already known, or where system or data errors resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
• In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or postponement, settled markets will follow the specific sport's official rules as adopted by je666. Unsettled bets on abandoned events are generally voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits per event and per market are determined by je666's risk management team and are subject to change without prior notice.
• je666 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or accumulator. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a short acceptance delay. Bets placed during this delay window may be accepted, rejected, or offered at revised odds at je666's sole discretion.

7. Casino & Slot Games

Casino games and slot titles available on the je666 Platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under its own published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage and paytable rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• All slot and casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) independently tested for fairness.
• je666 is not responsible for technical faults originating within third-party game software. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the physical dealer studio and the individual table limits displayed before joining a table.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to the jackpot terms of the respective game provider. je666 facilitates access to these games but does not administer jackpot pools directly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface prior to play.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

je666 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Bonus Credits are non-withdrawable and must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are issued at je666's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• je666 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from that bonus where it reasonably determines that a Player has attempted to abuse, manipulate, or exploit a promotional offer.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or redeemed for cash except where explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL finals, or T20 World Cup fixtures will have fixed start and end dates communicated at the time of the promotion. Expired promotions cannot be claimed retroactively.
• Players must opt in to marketing communications to receive certain promotional notifications. You may update your marketing preferences at any time via your Account settings.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the je666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Match-fixing and integrity violations: Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, or to bet with prior knowledge of a fixed result.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or betting market.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• VPN and proxy usage: Accessing the Platform via virtual private networks, proxy servers, or anonymising tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform controls.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes on deposits that have been wagered in good faith.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activities.
• False identity: Registering an Account using false personal information, impersonating another individual, or providing fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple Accounts or otherwise manipulating the Platform to claim bonuses beyond those to which you are legitimately entitled.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the je666 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trade marks, text, graphics, user interface design, software code, game assets, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of je666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of je666.

11. Privacy & Data

je666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

je666 implements 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and data segregation to protect your personal information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention agencies strictly as required for the operation of the Platform.

12. Responsible Gaming

• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from the je666 Platform for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently.

13. Limitation of Liability

je666's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by you and held in your Account at the time the relevant loss occurred.

je666 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance at any time with or without prior notice. je666 will make reasonable efforts to restore full Platform availability as promptly as possible following any outage.

14. Account Suspension & Closure

je666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction.
• Detection of multiple Accounts registered by the same individual.
• Use of prohibited software, VPNs, or other circumvention tools.

If your Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, je666 reserves the right to withhold any Funds held in the Account pending the outcome of an investigation. Where closure is initiated by you voluntarily (other than via self-exclusion), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.

15. Amendments to These Terms

je666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which je666 is operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

The language of these Terms, and of any arbitration or dispute proceedings, shall be English. The English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version.
